11pm Is No Bedtime

It’s 11pm here in Spain, but that doesn’t mean that anybody is going to bed anytime soon. Naturally, the restaurants are crowded and the streets are full of people. Most amazingly of all, though, there’s kids of all ages everywhere. There is even a special kids’ event — a puppet show — that is going on to this late hour. And the main plaza is crowded with small children who would have been sent to bed long ago anywhere else in the world. I must say: I like it.
