Mexico City

You travel Mexico for weeks and you only come up with a couple of “blog post” ideas. Then you spend one day in Mexico City and there are tons of things you can post about. Originally, I did not even want to go there. Too big, too noisy, too polluted, too dangerous. I changed my mind (partly because it was the only way to get back to Monterrey… ) but I found out it’s a great place to explore and has lots of attractions to offer. Most of all though, it’s crazy. The atmosphere is difficult to describe but the place feels worlds apart from the rest of the country — it’s just so funky. But it was a great experience and probably a great way to wrap up my trip.
